As reported by Covenant University…
Imbued with passion to positively impact on society and provoke change, Toyosi, who was deployed to Benue State for the mandatory national service in 2014, executed several personal community development projects to address some critical social amenity needs of his host community.

The Ekiti State-born engineer had during his time in Benue rehabilitated a number of boreholes at the State General Hospital, Adikpo, to alleviate the water problem in the community. In a bid to alleviate poverty and empower the womenfolk in his host community, Toyosi organised and conducted skills acquisition and entrepreneurial training on baking for women within Kwande Local Government, with the aim of combating poverty in the council area.
